If you simply can’t wait any longer for your Nala (we get it), Express Post is available for free on all AU orders of $150 or more. For orders under $150 we simply pass on the cost of $11.95. NZ, you can also get Express Post for $30 nzd.
We sure do. We couldn’t deprive our non-Aussie besties of the comfiest undies ever. NZ, standard shipping is $10 nzd and for anywhere else in the world, it's $20 aud.
International buyers, we love you! But do us a favour and check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering. We don’t take any responsibility for import tax charged by international governments outside of Australia and these fees are not included in your total order value. Also, Nala does not offer refunds, due to additional customs and tax charges. If the fee is not paid, the order will be returned to Nala at your expense. Your underwear gets packaged up in our local Melbourne warehouse. Our warehouse master AKA Clinton, ensures your pieces get the red carpet treatment, as they are folded and packaged up for the journey to your doorstep.
Your Nala will arrive in a certified recycled cardboard box or satchel. Inside of that, your underwear will be inside a hygiene bag, made from certified recycled plastic. The bag is designed to be reused so don’t toss it! Instead, use it to carry your tampons, grapes and sex toys on a night out. 

Returns and Refunds

Yep, we offer returns on all full priced items. Buying underwear online can be tricky so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to return any pieces that aren’t quite right. If returning an item, it must be unworn, unwashed and the swing tag attached (as it was upon arrival). Visit our Return policy for further information.

Our Bio Butter range is made of a sustainable bio-based nylon. We are proud of this silky, breathable fabric for many reasons including being free from harmful chemicals and toxins and being made from regenerative sources, like corn.

Our Flossy Mesh is made from a recycled nylon mesh, with fibres otherwise destined for landfill. We give these offcuts a second life, and they give us the joy of our delicious-to-touch, Flossy Mesh. Of course, it’s free from harmful chemicals and toxins and is full of all the sustainable, earth friendly stuff we love.

Caring for your Nala isn’t complicated. Make sure you wash before wear and to keep your pieces in the best condition, we recommend a cold hand wash and line dry.
