    Boobs

My G cup boobs are a weight in themselves but are held to strong in the wire free bralette. I’ve purchased 3 so far due to the comfort and support!

Nala Knowledge

How many bras should I have?

Seven to ten bras is a solid starting point (go beyond nude, and invest in green, pink and red too). Most people have one or two supportive bralettes, one crop or chill out bra, a wirefree bra, one strapless bra, two or three T-shirt bras, a go to sexy bra and a sports bra. Now, your collection could be totally different based on your comfort preferences (some people really don’t like underwire), activity (we’re looking at you cardio queens), support needs (you can get by in triangle cuts) or things like age and changing needs (hey mamas). There is no one answer for everybody, only the right answer for you.

How do I measure my bra size at home?

It’s time to bust out your measuring tape and leave all assumptions at the door. While you may be a 16E or an 8D in a big box shop, sizing does tend to vary across the board, so it’s always good to know your precise centimeters.

Finding your band size - with a bra on, wrap the tape around your underbust and measure where the band sits. It shouldn’t be loose and lazy, but firm and parallel to the ground. Between sizes? Round down to the nearest even number to find your band size.

Finding your bust size - keeping your bra on, move the measuring tape to the fullest part of your bustline, but don’t squish your chest. Ideally, the tape should sit flush and neat on your boobs. On the cusp of two cups? Round up to the bigger of the pair.
