Delivery & Order Policy

    Your order is very important to us and we make every effort to process your order within 24 hours of it being received and deliver your order as promptly as possible.

  1. In Australia we offer standard AU shipping with Australia Post for free. We also offer free express shipping for all orders over $120.

  2. For New Zealand orders, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 NZD. For orders under $150 NZD, we offer standard shipping for $10 NZD and express shipping for $30 NZD. DHL On-Demand Delivery provides flexibility in customising your package’s arrival. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification allowing you to choose options such as delivery scheduling, alternate address, leave-at-door, or pick-up from a nearby DHL location. Please note that once the package is in transit, Nala is not responsible for any actions or changes made through the DHL On-Demand platform.
  3. For other international orders (outside of Australia and NZ) we charge a $20 AUD flat fee for all orders.

Australian Deliveries

  1. All orders made within Australia are shipped by Australia Post
  2. Orders are generally dispatched on the next business day, within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
  3. Subject to availability of stock, delivery can normally be expected in Australia within 5-7 business days
  4. Express shipping where applicable, are shipped via Australia post with an added fee of $11.95 with a time frame of 2-4 business days. Free Express Delivery is available for free on all AU orders over $120. Note that Aus Post warned that delays could be experienced

International Deliveries

  1. All orders made outside Australia are shipped by DHL or Australia Post.
  2. Orders are generally dispatched on the next business day, within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Shipping Fees

  1. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
  2. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
  3. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately as shipping fees will apply to each of them.

In “Delivery Policy and Freight Charges”

  1. Shipping fees are calculated on the basis of the weight of products and location of delivery. We will advise you of shipping fees upon confirmation of your order.

  4. For international deliveries, your order may be subject to value added taxes, customs or import duties once it reaches your destination country. Delivery delays

  1. Any orders received after 12:00am Friday will be processed the following Monday afternoon.
  2. Processing times may vary during holiday periods or sale periods, such as Christmas and Public Holidays and you may experience a delay in receiving your order. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
  3. Occasionally, delays are caused by out-of-stock products. If this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible and organise a refund or exchange.
  4. We do not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond the control of Nala or the postalor delivery operator (e.g floods, strikes and custom inspections).
