Our nude strapless bra is designed for C to H cups with a grippy inner band, moulded cups and real structure. It stays put without constant tugging. Start with your usual Nala size. The band should feel firm and remain level around your ribs. If it feels loose or moves when you raise your arms, try going down one band size and up one cup size to preserve roughly the same cup volume. 

How do I wash nude bras to keep the shade?

Cold wash in a lingerie bag, mild detergent, no bleach, no fabric softener. Air dry flat, out of direct sun to protect the fabric and colour. Skip the tumble dryer. Heat kills elastane and shortens the life of your bra by a lot.
