Which bra is best to wear daily?
Any bra that makes you feel fab. If you’re hunting for recommendations, we’re fans of unpadded t-shirt bras, simple mesh bras, or bralettes for wirefree lift in and out of the house. Ideally, your bra will be comfortable and caring, and give your boobs an all day cuddle without suffocating their natural shape (because all breasts are awesome just the way they are).
Do underwire bras prevent sagging?
No. Wearing a bra or not wearing bra has little impact on how your boobs evolve. While some bras have superpowers (spoiler: ours), scientists have put their heads together and agreed undergarments do not combat ageing, hormones, genetics or life (giving it or living it). While we specialise in creating BFFs for breasts of every shape and size, there are some things even the best of mates can’t do.
What does an underwire bra do?
Underwire bras, like all well made bras, are there to hold ‘em up and hold ‘em in. Wires scoop all of your breast tissue into a neat and projected profile, leaving no side boob or underboob action behind. This shape changes according to the bra type you’re wearing, from the structured and obvious flow of a padded underwire bra to the soft shaping and lift of a T-shirt bra. Beyond looks and shape, an underwire bra supports the weight of the breast and holds it in place, ensuring the bounce and bustle of your day doesn’t hit you in the face (literally).
