The Nala Bali Black Friday Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1) Promotion Period

The Nala Bali Black Friday Giveaway ("Promotion") runs from 8:15:15 a.m. AEDT on 2 November 2025 to 11:59:59 p.m. AEDT on 2 December 2025 ("Promotion Period"). The computer system of Wear Nala Pty Ltd ("Nala" or "Sponsor") is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

3) Eligibility

This Promotion is open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (including household members) of the Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, distributors, and prize partners are not eligible to enter or win.

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

4) How to Enter (Purchase-Based Entries)

During the Promotion Period, eligible purchases made at www.wearnala.com automatically receive entries into the draw based on spend value, as outlined below. One order = one set of entries corresponding to the order's final spend tier (after discounts, before shipping).

Australia:

• $100+ AUD → Free Standard Shipping + 5 entries
• $130+ AUD → Free Standard Shipping + 10 entries
• $170+ AUD → Free Express Shipping + 15 entries + Free Go Chlo Pilates membership

New Zealand:

• $100+ NZD → 5 entries
• $150+ NZD → Free Shipping + 10 entries
• $180+ NZD → Free Shipping + 15 entries + Free Go Chlo Pilates membership

Returns & Cancellations:

• Orders returned for refund will void associated entries.
• Orders returned for store credit or exchange keep associated entries.
• If an order is cancelled/fails payment, entries are void.

No other form of entry is available.

5) Prize

One (1) winner receives the Bali Getaway Prize for two (2):

• Return economy flights to Denpasar (Bali) from a major AU/NZ airport (as determined by Sponsor). Dates to be mutually agreed between the winner and Wear Nala.
• 4-night stay at Kalm Canggu, including 1 floating breakfast.
• Goldust Spa: 90-minute Signature Massage for two (2).
• Little Frenchie: Rp. 1,000,000 dine-in voucher for two (approx AUD $92.42).
• Alam Wellness: Body Scrub + Dream Bath with coffee or matcha + pool pass

Total Prize Value (TPV): up to AUD $4,000 (varies with travel dates, departure city, and seasonal pricing).

Note: Prize value is based on estimated costs at the time of publication and may vary depending on factors such as exchange rates, travel period, accommodation rates, and airfare fluctuations. All amounts are approximate and correct at the time of drafting.

Travel Window & Booking:

• Trip must be booked within 6 months of winner notification and completed within 12 months (unless otherwise agreed).
• Blackout dates and partner availability apply; specific room category, fare classes, and dates at Sponsor's and partners' discretion.
• Winner and guest must each hold a valid passport, meet visa/entry and health requirements, and comply with airline/hotel/spa/restaurant terms.

Not included: travel insurance, transfers, additional meals/beverages, incidentals, seat selection, baggage fees beyond fare inclusions, personal expenses, and anything not expressly listed.

If any component becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute with an item of equal or greater value.

6) Prize Conditions

• The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.
• The Prize must be booked within 6 months of winner notification and travel completed within 12 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Sponsor.
• Blackout dates and partner availability apply; accommodation, flights, and experiences are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they each hold a valid passport, meet visa and entry requirements, and comply with all airline, hotel, and partner conditions.
• The winner and guest are responsible for travel insurance, spending money, meals (other than those specified), airport transfers, baggage fees, and any additional or incidental expenses not expressly included in the Prize description.
• If any part of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that component with an item or experience of equal or greater value.
• Once bookings are confirmed, any changes or cancellations requested by the winner are subject to the supplier's terms and may incur costs payable by the winner.
• The winner and their guest participate in the trip and associated activities at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor and prize partners accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in or use of the Prize.

7) Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The draw will take place within one week of the 4th December 2025 at the Sponsor's Melbourne office.
• The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 72 hours of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days or is deemed ineligible, the Sponsor may redraw and select a replacement winner.
• The winner's first name and city may be announced on wearnala.com and/or Nala's official social channels once confirmed.
• The Sponsor may request proof of identity, age, and purchase (receipt or order number) before awarding the Prize.
• The Sponsor's decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8) General Conditions

• Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with, manipulates, or attempts to subvert the entry process.
• The Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if technical issues, fraud, or other causes compromise its integrity or fairness.
• Any attempt to deliberately damage or disrupt the Promotion may result in legal action.
• Except where prohibited by law, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners from all claims arising from participation or use of the Prize.
• Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent New Zealand legislation.

9) Privacy

Personal information collected through this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.wearnala.com/privacy-policy. Information will be used to administer the Promotion, contact the winner, and for marketing purposes (subject to opt-out).

By entering, entrants consent to:

• The collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of the Promotion.
• Their name and entry details being used for winner announcements and reasonable promotional activity.

Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10) Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for all matters relating to this Promotion.

11) Permits

No trade promotion permits are required for this Promotion based on the current total prize value.

If the total prize value exceeds applicable thresholds under relevant state or territory legislation, the Sponsor will obtain and publish the necessary trade promotion permit numbers prior to conducting the draw.
