How a strapless bra actually stays up

Getting the fit right

The band should feel firm and sit level around your ribs. The neckline should lie flush against your skin, with your boobs fully inside the cups and no gaping or spillage.

Now give it the movement test. Raise your arms, bend forward and have a little shimmy. If everything stays where you left it, excellent. If the band feels loose or starts travelling south, a sister size may help. Going down one band and up one cup keeps roughly the same cup volume while creating a firmer anchor.

Strapless for a bigger bust
